Sheller, Dehulling

General Description:

The sheller is especially designed for rapeseed hulling and kernel husk separation. The huller works by means of extrusion, shearing, twisting and tearing of the paired rolls. According to the defferent bulk densities of husk and kernel and the size of them, the kernel husk separator works by means of vibrating screening or air classification..

FEATURES:

1. Less space demand, high capacity, easy management, low labour intensity.

2.It is made by adopting special plate screen, reducing the exchanging frequency of sceen, so as to improve the efficiency of production.

3. The paired rolls, made of new material(ADI castings), have being treated with special process, so the rolls are durable.

4.By adopting multiple vertical air classification process, the air classification efficiency had benn improved.

2.Husk separating rate: 90～98%(water content: 2～10%)
