Oil Processing Equipment
Threr are lots of oil processing equipment will be used in the entire oil processsing. For example, seed cleaning equipment, oil extraction equipment, oil refining equipment etc.
KMEC covers the development, manufacturing and sale of edible / vegetable oil plants, machinery and systems for seed preparation, mechanical oil extraction, related screw press applications, solvent extraction and all steps for refning crude oils and fats.
Oil Processing Equipment
These oil expellers are with big capacity which mostly use in middle-large scale oil mill plant. They can be divided into two kinds: One is hot pressing, which includes steam cooker and oil press. The steam cooker is used for oilseeds pretreatment before pressing. The other is the cold pressing. The advantage of this kind of machine is lower temperature when press the seeds. It is about 80 degree, which can protect the nutrition element in the oil.

Oil Processing Process
The preparation of seeds starts with the processes of heating, dehulling, and chopping or grinding, in this sequence only. The next step of oil processing is the extraction from seeds. The extraction is done by mechanically pressing or by mixing with different gasoline-like solvents like heptane and hexane. Then will go to oil refining process. In this process, oil degumming, oil bleaching and oil deoderization are the main processes. After the refining process above, oils are put under pressure, using hydrogen gas at temperatures of 120-210°C (248-410°F) in the presence of a metal catalyst (nickel, platinum, or copper) for six to eight hours.
