Established in 1990, KMEC deals principally in designing, manufacturing and exporting its complete oil mill plant, oil extraction plant and related oil extraction machinery. With its rich experience in the industry, KMEC offers solvent extraction plant,oil mill plant,edible oil refining turnkey project for customers. These plants feature the perfect assembly of technical components, enabling the complete extraction of solvents. KMEC’s plants are cost-efficient and reliable.

Evaluation

Our knowledge in processing a wide range of commercially significant oilseeds is transferred to our machinery for oilseed processing and edible oil refining. We give particular attention to the choice of technology and scale of operation, for it is these qualities which will ultimately determine the profitability of the venture.

Design Proposal

We have senior engineers and former professors on our technical consultant team to direct the entire process of each small oil production line. A sophisticated working environment with advanced software has enhanced our equipment for a more scientific and professional workflow. Manufacturing our own machinery allows us to control the supply of our advanced oil production equipment for increased predictability and compatibility.
KMEC establishes independent files for each client and establishes special project teams according each client’s conditions. These teams then design the proposal for the client as soon as possible. Each project is specifically engineered to meet local conditions, quality standards and environmental requirements.

Process Engineering

KMEC has established long-term relationships with many other professional equipment manufacturers to create an extensive supply net. With in-depth knowledge and expertise, re-calculated and double-checked designs are expertly crafted per customers’ requirements. Attention to detail ensures that fully integrated plants deliver their guaranteed performance.

Project Management

KMEC forms the perfect partnership with each customer by using professional project managers on each contract. An experienced engineer is assigned to your project to coordinate the job from start to finish. The project manager serves as a single point of contact between the various individuals working on the project. This leadership ensures successful completion at each stage of the project from design and procurement, to delivery, installation, and start-up of the equipment, on time and within budget.

Installation

We offer the services of one project engineer specialized in KMEC’s equipment to coordinate the installation, and for final inspection and testing of the plants before commissioning. The visit is for a period of four weeks, divided into four parts.
Part 1 - Box opening
Part 2 - Initial installation
Part 3 - Mid-installation
Part 4 - Final installation

Commissioning / Training

We offer the services of one engineer for the supervision of the plant’s start-up, and for training local staff in the operation of the plant. We offer the services of one automation engineer to supervise the start-up, for on-site optimization of the program and for training the local staff in the operation of the equipment. We do not consider our job complete until the equipment is operating as it was designed to do so - smoothly and profitably.

Shipping Service

KMEC has employed transport and documentation specialists who are able to identify and efficiently arrange the optimum delivery procedures so equipment arrives at site on time and in perfect condition. We carefully plan our shipment to coincide with progress on-site and we have specialist expertise in moving very large items to locations around the world, which are often remote and require considerable planning.

After Sales Services

Just to ensure that your team has no problem maintaining the constant operation of the plant we are always available for assistance. In addition to occasional 'trouble-shooting' visits, which can be arranged to monitor progress or advise on possible expansion plans or improvements, we can easily arrange for the provision of spare parts if required when essential plant maintenance is scheduled.
